One of our clients is looking to hire a Executive Account Manager for their company.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Executive Account Manager to support an experienced founder embarking on a new concept company. The Executive Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional projects, and providing strategic support to the CEO. This role requires the ability to work closely with senior leadership to execute business objectives, anticipate needs and risks, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination across departments and teams.
  • Provide high-level support to the CEO/President, including scheduling, task prioritization, and representation in meetings and discussions.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare presentations or briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as expense management, accounting, and billing.
  • Act as the CEO's representative in meetings, discussions, and negotiations to ensure effective communication and implementation of decisions and vision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Account Manager role or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams, strategic planning, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Autonomous, proactive and innovative.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and aligning with the founder's vision and core values.
