About the APNI x BTI collaboration

The initiative provides each APNI member with access to excellent, highly qualified  black therapists at a rate of €40/hr (a significant c. 35% discount to typical therapy hourly rates of €60 - €70/hr). Each member has access to 6 therapy sessions with the opportunity to continue at a regular rate with your desired therapist afterwards.

The aim of our collaboration is;

  • To provide easy access to culturally appropriate therapy.

  • To remove the negative stigma around therapy within the community and introduce members to affordable mental healthcare options.

  • Help more people develop a good understanding of mental health, symptoms of poor health, and how the unique support of counselling can significantly improve wellbeing.

  • Make it easy for APNI members to access affordable mental health support.
