Community Mentoring

Community mentoring is unstructured and unmatched mentorship initiative where APNI provide cohort of mentors who volunteer one hour weekly to provide free one-to-one mentoring sessions and career guidance.
Mentors are senior leaders of top corporation from various industries and sectors who actively hold management or leadership role in a corporate or other professional institution.
Along with APNI community mentors, we also collaborate with our cooperate partners to provide experienced industry professionals who are willing to openly share their knowledge, career journey, experience, personal and professional development nuggets with members.
All mentoring sessions are conducted virtually via video/web conferencing; booking any mentor/mentoring session is accessible to only members with a membership account on APNI website. 

How Does It Work?

Community mentoring program is unstructured/ unmatched mentorship initiative where APNI provides a cohort of mentors who volunteer their time to provide free career guidance & mentoring sessions.

Each program cycle runs for 3 months and mentors commit 10 hours (45 minutes weekly) to mentorship.

APNI members can quickly get advice or guidance for any career or personal development needs from experienced professionals by booking time with any available mentors.


How Do I Book mentor?


Browse pool of Mentors profile on APNI website. Each mentor has short bio, headshot, quote and calendly link. Login to your membership account to have access to the mentor's profile page.  


Click the "book mentoring session" button on the mentor's profile to see availability and to schedule time with the mentor via the calendly link. You can book as many sessions with as many mentors you want. All sessions are FREE!*


Browse pool of Mentors profile on APNI website. Each mentor has short bio, headshot, quote and calendly link. Ensure to add this invitation to your personal calendar.  


At allotted time, use the web conferencing link provided in the confirmation email to virtually meet the mentor via ZOOM, Microsoft Team, Google Meet, etc. Set your objectives or prepare your questions ahead of the meeting to make the most of your mentoring session. If for any reason you can't attend the scheduled session, politely email the mentor to cancel or reschedule it.*

These dedicated mentors bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to the table, providing you a supportive environment for growth and learning. APNI members are free to choose any mentor by clicking the button below.
