About your team 

We're a diverse team of independent minds skilled in databases, automation, load balancing, and monitoring. We have 5 A-Players in the team: Mateusz, Paweł, Adam, Łukasz, and Maciej. As we gear up for a cybersecurity audit, we're also migrating from on-premises to the Cloud, specifically GCP. Simultaneously, we're managing and evolving both environments.

Role & responsibilities:
  • You will work with developers daily to analyze and thoroughly understand their needs related to infrastructure management tasks.
  • You will be the first contact for fine-tuning specific tasks to be performed by the development team.
  • You will dive into tasks submitted by our developers, estimating timelines and ensuring smooth execution.
  • You will engage with a diverse array of stakeholders including DevOps, developers, security specialists, and internal teams to review access permissions and enhance security measures.
  • You will support in the maintenance of on-prem and the development of Cloud-based solutions.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally on different projects, from setting up OpenTelemetry to crafting our Cloud Development Platform.
  • You will maintain an ongoing dialogue with our Support Teams, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to excel.


Our ideal candidate:
  • You've cut your teeth in IT support or similar roles, bringing a wealth of experience to the table.
  • Solving technical puzzles related to infrastructure is second nature to you.
  • Linux is your playground, and you've got the skills to prove it.
  • Dabbling in databases is your thing, from user support to backup wizardry.
  • You're no stranger to tackling security threats head-on, identifying risks, and helping to plug the gaps.
  • Git is your best friend
  • You’ve got Bash or Python scripting skills. 
  • Containers and clouds? You've been there.
  • Virtualization concepts? Consider them understood.
