We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our founding team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer engagement skills, and a passion for open-source technologies.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our customers, ranging from engineers to non-technical decision-makers, through the complexities of cloud infrastructure and web development.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on Qoveryâs platform and its integration with the different cloud providers.
- Lead and maintain our support processes, ensuring we offer our customers the best support, speeding up our response times and making it scale (tooling, documentation, guides, training etc..).
- Work closely with Engineers and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
- Actively contribute to our open-source projects, including Qovery CLI, Terraform Provider, Replibyte, and Qovery web console (both improvements and bug fixes)
- Maintain fluency in at least one programming language and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new languages such as Kotlin, Rust, and Golang.
About you
- Senior-level engineering experience, particularly in Cloud infrastructure and web development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloudflare, Kubernetes.
- A solid foundation in Engineering and Infrastructure principles (e.g., DNS, operating systems)
- Comfortable with at least one programming language and open to learning Kotlin, Rust, and Golang (preferred).
- Excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with technical support on SaaS products
- Fluency in oral and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
