Our Sales Directors at Weave play a pivotal role in leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and help cultivate and shape the future of Weave.
- Reports to Sr. Director of Outbound Sales
- This position will be in office at our Lehi HQ location
What You Will Own
- Lead a team of Account Executives
- Help implement processes and structures that maximize revenue per lead
- Consistently coach and develop the Account Executives to reach and exceed goals
- Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to optimize pipeline and sales
- Use Salesforce.com to monitor sales funnels and projects give accurate projections
- Effectively train and onboard new Account Executives
- Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
- Understand and internalize Weave's mission and vision and translate them into an AE strategy
- Participate in regular company and office meetings to share Account Executive progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- 3+ years experience in a sales leadership role within SaaS sales
- Proven track record of success in building and optimizing sales systems
- Passion for providing leadership & coaching
- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Salesforce and Gong
What Will Make Us Love You
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
- 3+ Years SAAS sales manager experience or equivalent
