Career Accelerator Mentorship Overview
1.) APNI members sign up to participate in a program relevant to their upskilling or skil development goals; while also being connected to a mentor.
2.) The program format is hybrid of hard skills training and biweekly 1:1 mentoring where mentors and mentees are matched by interests, backgrounds, goals, experiences, etc.
3.) Corporate partners design or provide specific training materials & resources on the relevant areas of interest; they also provide their employees as mentors to guide/coach mentees through the learning journey. The training tasks, exercises, milestones and upon completion participants are issued a certificate.
4.) During the program, partners are encouraged to evaluate the mentees for potential job placements, invitation to interviews or internship opportunities.
BOI x APNI Career Accelerator 2024 Program Overview
The Spring Career Accelerator Mentorship is finally here and this year, in partnership with Bank of Ireland (BOI), it is coming back with an exciting twist. We are thrilled to announce the pilot of the integration of BOI’s Group Internship Programme into our annual Career Accelerator which will offer four successful candidates an opportunity to gain work experience, build a professional network, develop their skills and capabilities, all while receiving mentoring from BOI’s top talent within Group Risk.

Duration: 4 months, Monday- Friday, 9am - 5pm
