The Role
As we rapidly scale and innovate across our product portfolio, we are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the art direction of our web marketing projects. You will have a passion for creating user-centric designs and a desire to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture. You will continually improve the UI and UX of iDeals websites, research and analyze the latest design trends and technologies, and establish creative direction and brand guidelines as we grow.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Design, you will manage a team of 3 UI/UX Designers and freelancers, collaborating with Graphic Designers and the wider Marketing Team.
Location: remote from Poland.
\n- Lead and manage the UI/UX design team, including development, motivation, performance reviews, and integration with other teams (50% of work)
- Create prototypes and mockups for web pages using Figma, identifying and troubleshooting UX issues
- Present design ideas and approaches using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other designers and marketing to develop new on-brand concepts
- Develop a design system (guidelines, templates, libraries of styles, etc.)
- Provide quality control within the Development Team in the production stage by reviewing implementation and specifying requirements
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks within the project
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency - both oral and written
- 7+ years of commercial experience designing full web portals for customer-facing companies
- 1+ years of experience in managing / mentoring a team
- Enterprise or business target audience design experience (SaaS highly preferred)
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Up-to-date knowledge of design tools, trends, and best practices
- Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and outcomes
