It will spotlight the exceptional contributions of companies that create inclusive workplaces for Black/African talents in Ireland. The event will serve as a platform to:

Key objectives include encouraging companies to embrace inclusive hiring and leadership practices, highlighting the value of African/Black talent in Ireland's workforce and business ecosystem, and showcasing success stories that inspire and uplift the next generation. The event will also honour outstanding companies, African/Black professionals, businesses, and community leaders.
Additionally, it will provide a high-impact platform to connect businesses, corporate partners, and key stakeholders while driving impact for the African/Black professional and business community in Ireland.
