We’re looking for a Junior PMO Analyst to join our dynamic project team on a 24 month fixed term contract. You’ll help us keep projects on track, support governance and reporting, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values clear communication and good customer outcomes. This role is all about supporting delivery and making a real difference.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and deliverables.
Assist with filing and record keeping of project documentation (both hard and soft copies).
Help plan, execute and monitor project activities under supervision.
Track project changes and prepare updated schedules and meeting materials.
Respond to queries, escalate issues and provide progress updates to the team.
Skills & Experiences
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
