e’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused administrator to join our Group Protection team in Cherrywood. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 16, working alongside our renewal administration team and broker panel to deliver outstanding service. This role is all about building strong relationships, managing scheme portfolios, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of schemes and deliver excellent service to clients and brokers.
Build strong relationships and ensure a first-class customer experience.
Work closely with team members to meet individual and team objectives.
Identify and escalate complaints or errors when they arise.
Ensure compliance with Aviva’s Risk & Control environment.
Skills & Experiences:
Knowledge of Group Protection market products and processes advantageous.
Previous experience working in Insurance or Financial Services.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
High energy and passion for customer service and delivery.
