An administrator’s role has arisen in the Group Protection team, based in Cherrywood Dublin 18. The successful candidate will report to the Group Protection Team Leader and will work within a team of 14 people. The successful candidate will work closely within our renewal administration team and their designated broker panel to deliver a first-class customer service.
This position is based on site in our Cherrywood office, with an opportunity to benefit from Aviva’s smart working arrangements which offers a mix of home and office working. While this role is in the greater Dublin area, it would suit those with financial services experience living in Wicklow/Kildare/north Wexford area also. We have free parking for staff who commute by car or motorcycle or there are public transport links close-by (the LUAS Green Line and 84a bus stop is one minute away).
Duties & responsibilities:
To prioritise and manage your own work to meet the varying needs of customers and brokers.
To build relationships and deliver excellent customer experience.
To work closely with other members of the team so that both individual and team objectives are achieved.
To manage a portfolio of schemes with clients on a direct basis
To identify and raise complaints and errors if they occur.
Skills & Experiences:
Knowledge of Group Protection and Pension market environment and business processes & products
To have or to be working toward a QFA qualification (Minimum APA) or a Pension qualification
Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
To demonstrate how you put the customer first in your decision and problem solving.
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Evidence of planning and time management skills.
High energy and passion for customer service and delivery
Ability to work and deliver against deadlines while delivering a accurate results.
