The Coupa SME – Procurement Operations Manager is a specialist leadership role within Group Procurement & Partner Management at Bank of Ireland, focused on the optimisation and transformation of the organisation’s Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes through the Coupa platform.

Acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coupa, the role leads the design, configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management. The post holder works closely with procurement, IT, finance, and transformation stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business needs, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.

Key responsibilities include supporting elements of the P2P transformation programme, managing system releases and change activities, driving user adoption through training and documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and providing reporting and analytics to support procurement decision-making. The role also acts as the main liaison with Coupa support and external implementation partners.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time hybrid role, based primarily in Dublin, within a large and regulated financial services environment.
