As our new Account Manager for the Limerick region, you’ll be the face of Aviva to a panel of brokers—building strong partnerships, delivering on sales targets, and helping us grow in a competitive market. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, understands the broker landscape, and knows how to turn insight into action.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a panel of brokers delivering agreed sales targets across product lines.

  • Understand broker and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and support.

  • Develop new broker relationships to expand Aviva’s footprint in the region.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless broker experience.

  • Champion a culture of professionalism, productivity, and customer focus.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.

Skills & Experiences

  • QFA qualified (RPA or SIA desirable).

  • Strong knowledge of the Irish Life & Pensions market and Aviva’s product suite.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage broker relationships and resolve complex issues.

  • Financial and commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.

  • Experience working within governance and risk frameworks.
