Job Purpose
The Technology Adoption & Training Executive will be responsible for driving the adoption of new technologies within the organization, with a particular focus on Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology adoption and develop strategies to increase adoption rates. The Technology Adoption & Training Executive will also be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to use new technologies effectively.
The Technology Adoption Executive reports to the CIO.
Key Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of the Technology Adoption Executive are to:
Work with the IT department and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology adoption.
Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption rates of new technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft technologies.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to use new technologies effectively.
Monitor and report on adoption rates and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify and address barriers to technology adoption and develop strategies to overcome them.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that new technologies are integrated into existing workflows.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Additional Requirements:
A relevant Level 8 IT sector related degree recognised on the National Qualification Framework.
3+ years of experience in a technology adoption or training role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
Knowledge of Salesforce would be a bonus.
Full Driving License essential
