This profile will be working closely with the existing internal recruitment team in Covalen and will partner with the external sourcing teams in Cpl. The role has a huge scope for growth as Covalen keep expanding its client base in Ireland.


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our evolving team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to step into a Talent Acquisition opportunity where they will be instrumental in managing the entire sourcing cycle for our candidates.


Key Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with Internal Covalen, Cpl and client’s teams to define hiring needs and timelines.

• Managing the entire sourcing cycle and adherence to deliver within timelines.

• Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Attend regular internal meetings, providing internal stakeholders with progress updates.

• Have a deep understanding of our employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.

• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the hiring requirements.

• Collaborate with other internal teams in the end-to-end candidate management from sourcing, advertisement, shortlisting, interview and offer management.

• Keep trackers always updated

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and networking.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates, particularly for high-volume and multilingual roles to meet our current and future hiring needs.


Requirements for this role

• 2+ years’ experience working within recruitment/talent acquisition is desired.

• Proven track record of hiring candidates across multiple disciplines at all levels.

• Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• Working knowledge of Irish employment law

• Proven track record of meeting SLA’s & KPI’s.

• Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.

• Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.

• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to demonstrate exceptional level of administrative skills and attention to detail.

• High proficiency in use of Microsoft office
