Job Purpose:
To co-ordinate the work of the IFS Department, to provide administrative support to the Global Head of Division and Department Managers and undertake a diverse portfolio of activities that support the Global Team in delivery of investments from the sector. The IFS Division works with some of the largest and most interesting international financial services companies in the world, helping these companies to expand and develop their operations in Ireland and targeting the next wave of companies in the sector. Key clients include companies such as Citi, Bank of America, BNY Mellon, State Street, PayPal and Stripe.
Key Tasks:
To provide a high quality and efficient administrative service to the IFS Team to include, managing incoming phone and email, invoices, event logistics and team meetings.
To support the Divisional Management Team on diary management.
To update the Customer Relationship Management System and from this to produce a weekly report on progress toward targets for the Management Team.
To work with Project Executives and Divisional Management to gather key metrics and data related to organisational performance and ensure that such activities are performed.
To assist the Division with day-to-day administration such as meeting coordination, draft letters of support for IDA clients requesting visas and green cards and other matters.
To help prepare high quality presentations and other marketing material.
To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

Additional Requirements:
A third level qualification, or currently working towards a higher education qualification is desirable.
In depth knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work well under pressure, independently and on own initiative.
Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities, which may arise in IDA’s offices in Ireland and Overseas.
