We have an opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join our team on a Permanent or FTC basis, to lead the discovery phase of a critical CS transformation programme. This role will culminate in presenting a comprehensive business case to our Board in June. You will play a pivotal role in developing a new Group Life & Pensions Workplace Platform, enhancing our digital capabilities, and aligning strategic initiatives across multiple programmes.
This role is based in our Dublin office and adheres to Aviva's hybrid working policy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Define programme scope and objectives. Develop and implement a detailed roadmap for the discovery phase
Oversee the design and costing of the new Group Life & Pensions Workplace Platform and its digital layer
Manage vendor engagement and supplier selection to ensure platform meets re-launch requirements for five existing products
Develop feasibility estimates for data migration efforts and Outline strategies for migrating legacy data from Corpal/Paxus and GDC/Life400 systems
Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders regarding regulatory activities and decisions. Develop and implement vendor management strategies for execution and ongoing programme needs
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Actuarial Science, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
Deep understanding of the Life and Pensions value stream, particularly in proposition, distribution, onboarding, and servicing
Proven experience in negotiating and collaborating with leading third-party vendors in the Life, Pensions, and Wealth industries
Expertise in developing comprehensive business cases. Strategic and commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets and control programme costs
Proficient in overseeing platforms that offer automated processing, workflow management, and integration capabilities
