Job Purpose:
Supporting the Global Biopharmaceuticals and Food team to deliver on its job and investment targets for both existing and new clients by supporting the Project Managers and Project Executives in a range of administrative and marketing activities. This is an entry level position with opportunities for career progression within IDA
Key Tasks:
In line with the objectives set out in Driving Recovery and Sustainable Growth 2021-2024, the key tasks include:
Proactively managing the administration of submissions to the Management Investment Committee and Board
Management of the department’s documents to ensure intuitive and speedy access
Provision of weekly reports of the department’s activities in a timely fashion from Salesforce CRM
Providing letters of support for visas and work permits for Biopharma clients
Administering invoices and budgets
Managing the administration of the BioPharma team Client Development Programme (CDP) segmentation process to successfully develop and transform our key client companies
Organisation of internal team and stakeholder meetings for the department
Maintaining all administrative documents for the department including company portfolios, the location of the team including annual leave and days working from home
Managing the provision of market research services required by the team
Supporting the team to develop professional marketing information to include Requests for Information (RFIs) and tailored presentations and materials.
Updating and maintaining the department’s suite of marketing materials for the department, including presentations, Infographics, and briefing documents.
Updating the Biopharma and food information on the IDA Website and the SharePoint Athena site
Supporting the team in the planning and delivery of marketing events and exhibitions
Ensuring that learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process
Treating all colleagues equally with dignity and respect

Demonstrating flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned and to manage and maintaining good communications with colleagues across time-zones and cultures.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A third level qualification /interest in working towards a Degree qualification is desirable
Ability to work well under pressure, independently and on own initiative.
Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities which may arise in IDA’s offices in Ireland and Overseas.
Full Driving License desirable
