- Phone based role-time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient answering of calls and management of team mailboxes.
- Managing customer relationships and updating regularly on claims progress by telephone, email and in writing.
- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory compliance.
- Acquire knowledge of processing claims on all systems and databases.
- Support team and manager on new initiatives as necessary and champion transformation.

Excellent numerical skills and aptitude for detailed work, ability to learn core life and workflow systems. Accuracy- a strong attention to detail. Interested in pursuing a career in a medical and technical area.

More about the team
The primary objective of the Individual Risk Claims Team is to guide our customers through the claims process by offering a compassionate and professional personal service. Our team of experienced Claims Assessors endeavour to make the process as quick and efficient as possible.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
