As Business Operations Specialist NWE (Benelux, Nordics, UKI) you will be responsible for the operational side of the ENT (Ears, Nose, Throat) Operating Unit across the Northwestern European Region providing administrative and logistical support to the marketing and sales specialists while reporting to the NWE Business Manager. This role will support the Marketing Team with creation, approval submissions and distribution of marketing materials and assist with customer communications and coordination in relation to programs, projects, customer events and communications. Moreover, being responsible for communication of product availability and allocation processes.
You can be located anywhere within the NWE Region however England or Ireland is preferred. You will work remotely with occasional travel for sales meetings or conferences. Travel 10-20% expected, mostly within the NEW region but not limited to.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
Coordinate end-to-end process of all approval submissions, working with the compliance team and the client on correct paperwork as well as all queries
Support approval submissions for each HCP (Health Care Professionals) contract
Organize third party courses incl. kit bookings, request submissions and organize team resources for course support. Sourcing disposables material and ordering appropriate. Follow up on kit repairs
Manage end-to-end of HCP registration, communications and logistics coordination in close collaboration with Event Team. Course/Congress on site support when possible/needed
Align Strategy for annual Courses incl. ROI (Return On Investment), budget alignment
Product availability and allocation processes
Map out agreed Strategic Imperatives towards each participating Course
Drive Social Media Campaign Focus
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, marketing or similar preferably in an international fast paced and changing environment
Driver’s license
1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or event management
Advanced knowledge in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication in English language, advanced communication skills with different levels of stakeholders, resilience and adaptability, flexible and reliable
Self-driven and independent “octopus” with the ability to interact with a variety of departments internally as well as holding a professional tone with external stakeholders and customers
Hold oneself to a higher standard, fiery to coordinate projects and organize events, strong administrative skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Passionate about teamwork, strong time management and prioritization skills, excellent organization skills
